Charity Heart for Good Health Initiative (CHGHI) is a non-governmental PWUD community led organization set up to promote and defend the fundamental human rights of PWUDs, sexual minority and vulnerable groups in Nigeria. The Organization came into being in September 2015 as a results of constant rights exploitation of PWUDs and its attendant consequences. The organization is registered with the Nigerian CAC – reg no CAC/IT/NO 80688..

UWAGAPP is a comprehensive employee training and induction application designed specifically for UWAGBOE Nigerian Restaurant and Bar located in Edinburgh, Scotland. The app serves as a centralized platform for onboarding new employees, managing existing employee profiles, conducting training sessions, performance appraisal, and facilitating communication between management and staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization..

Project Details:

I Developed UWAGAPP with PHP (Laravel), Html, CSS and bootstrap. The project has four (4) models , Three (3) Middleware and Five (5) Controllers . Models: User Message TrainingMaterials and Feedback . Middleware: Trainee Employee and Admin Controllers: UserController MessageController TrainingMaterialController and FeedbackController The Admin can create trainees , employee, broadcasts , direct message to employees and trainees, training material or tutorial to employees and trainees. Admin can also upgrade an employee to admin and even delete, update or view employee or trainee details and view how many tutorials they have completed. Admin can upgrade a trainee to an employee. Trainees and employees can read and leave a feedback on a broadcasts or tutorial posted by admin.
